While the Loft Classic format of reconstruction requires massive investment of effort, money and time, the Loft Light format is more democratic and thus more affordable for a lessee. It also includes restoration of original state of old brick walls which serve as the main decoration in the interior and set the base for its color scheme. Wear resistant self-leveling floors are durable and easy to clean.

A model of this renovation format is the Knop Building. Its first stage (15thousand sq.m.) was commissioned in late 2009 and “inhabited” by its lessees. The second stage (27 thousand sq.m.) is expected to be commissioned in the II quarter of 2010, but today many rooms have already been contracted for lease. There still are vacant lots which can accommodate an eye-catching show room, comfortable photo studio or a stylish office at affordable price.

 

 

Another building under this form of reconstruction is Ryady Soldatenkova – 15.5 thousand sq.m. area in a low rise building with very interesting architecture. It is planned to be commissioned in the III quarter of 2010.
