The KR Properties Company has signed a lease contract with the TSUM Trade House for leasing 369 square meters in the Soldatenkov Rows office center located in the territory of the Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Block. The leased space is planned for a showroom of the Polo Jeans Co. brand belonging to the Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation. KR Properties, a real estate development and management company, signed a rental agreement with the Moscow office of Align Technology Research and Development, Inc. (USA). The areas offered for lease are 2,030 sq m of B+ class offices at Loft Bureau — one of the buildings of the Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Quarter. The rental agreement was signed for a period of five years, with Jones Lang LaSalle acting as the deal’s broker. Align Technology, a U.S.-based corporation headquartered in San Jose (Silicon Valley, California), is one of the world-leading medical innovations companies. The Moscow office of Align Technology is the key component of the company’s Research & Development Department, focusing on delivering software for high tech medical equipment production and developing various technological processes and client services of the company.
