Maintenance
Apartment owners sign maintenance agreements for their housing. Monthly maintenance costs are based on a price of 65 rubles per sq m.
This amount includes the following services:
- maintenance of space intended for public use (temperature mode, fire safety measures, rat and insect control, cleaning of halls, lounges, elevators, staircases and landings, snow and ice removal from weather guards and roofing)
- echnical maintenance of engineering communications and facilities (heating, water supply, sewage, heat exchangers, water storage and control valves, plumbing fixtures, smoke and gas flues, air curtains), elevators, video surveillance systems and shared utility meters
- trash collection
- housing territory maintenance and landscaping
- technical maintenance and repairs of building components (foundation, walls, facades, roofing, windows, staircases)
Maintenance of plumbing fixtures inside apartments are not included in the maintenance costs, and are subject to separate charges.
